Refund & Return policy

Complaints must be recieved within 7 days from date of purchase. Complaints will only be entertained for products which have manufacturers defects.

Products will only be exhanged or refunded if they are in the original packaging in good condition

For Deliveries outside Nairobi & Mombasa, complaints should be received within 7 days of receving of goods.

Goods once sold cannot be returned 

Goods lost or damaged in transit are not our responsibility
