Return Policy

At Vishelectric.com, we aim to provide high-quality electrical products with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is not as described or shown on the website


2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 7 days, the product will be covered only under the manufacturer warranty (if applicable).


3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • It should be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice

  • A video of unboxing is mandatory for all return claims due to damage or wrong product


4. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we will arrange a free replacement for the same product

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders)


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Installed or used products

  • Clearance sale or discounted items

  • Products with tampered packaging or missing parts

  • Bulk/industrial orders unless defective

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Reason for return

  • Product photo
